Our mission is to offer the best adventure experience in the area for lovers of the extreme. Inviting each customer to live as a friend the expeditions with us in harmony with the nature of the area.

 

Since 2015 Extreme M & R is a Costa Rican company specialized in adventure tourism. Created by people from Quepos, mother, and son working together with a team of professionals innovating and personalizing the activities to create the best adventure experience for each and everyone who explores the area with us. 

 

From Manuel Antonio, we invite people from Costa Rica and around the world to live an unforgettable expedition as a friend and discover the mountains and rivers of the Central Pacific with professionals.

All our team is well trained for each of the extreme adventures we offer during the two seasons of the year and their climatic transitions. We operate under the International Security Protocols, permits, certifications, and risk policies for the activities.

Covid-19 

 

-To start the adventure guests and staff body temperature needs to be below 37.8 C to join us.

 

-Our transportation is previously sanitized, such as our gear and equipment.

 

-During transportation, everyone needs to wear a face mask.

 

-In our office, you need to wear a mask and wash your hands.

 

-Continuous hand sanitizing, in office, during transportation, and during snack or lunch.

 

-During the snack, our staff wears masks, especially during preparation.

 

-During the safety speech, the guide will wear a face mask.

 

-Regularly sanitized high-traffic areas.

 

-Private raft with a guide.

 

-Groups bigger than 6 people get private transportation.
