RESERVATION

It is recommended to make reservations in advance to guarantee the opportunity of a unique adventure in the mountains of the central Pacific of Costa Rica and avoid the disappointment of the lack of guide availability. Reservations fill up quickly, especially during the months of December to March.

 

Confirmation of your reservation requires a deposit of $25 per person to PayPal.me/extrememr

Once the reservation form has been sent, we will be in contact to proceed with the reservation and give you all the detail.

TRANSPORTATION
Transportation will be present at the place and time previously agreed.
The schedules may vary depending on the place of departure:

AM Hours: From 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.
PM Hours: From 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

If the day of the tour is collective transportation in hotels in the area there may be a delay of about 10 minutes. The private ones are punctual without exception.

PRIVATE EXPEDITIONS

A personalized adventure for your group. Special schedules, private departures. 

It has an extra of $25 per person over the regular rate.

CANCELLATIONS

-Greater than 48 hours: Full refund of the deposit.

-Less than 48 hours: Full charge of the deposit.

-Less than 24 hours: 50% of the full payment of the tour in the office.

-“No Show”: When the client does not show up on the day of the tour, the full charge for the tour is made.

-Weather conditions: With anticipation, we reschedule the tour at no extra charge. Full charge if the weather conditions extremely change the same day.

 

COVID-19

-To start the adventure guests and staff body temperature needs to be below 37.8 C to join us.

-Our transportation is previously sanitized, such as our gear and equipment.

-During transportation, everyone needs to wear a face mask.

-In our office, you need to wear a mask and wash your hands.

-Continuous hand sanitizing, in office, during transportation, and during snack or lunch.

-During the snack, our staff wears masks, especially during preparation.

-During the safety speech, the guide will wear a face mask.

-Regularly sanitized high-traffic areas.

-Private raft with a guide.

-Groups bigger than 6 people get private transportation.​
